TAKE AND BAKE PIES

Ordering parbaked pizzas allows you the flexibility to serve dinner on your timeline, not ours. We partially cook your order here, and you finish the baking  at home!

  • We recommend placing and picking up your order early in the evening, before our dinner rush
  • Parbaked pies are best enjoyed on the same day they're ordered

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 500 degrees. If you have a pizza stone, place it in your oven during the preheat, and if not, no problem - placing your pie directly on the oven rack works great.

2. Bake your pizza for 5 - 10 minutes until cheese is melted, and the crust is golden. Keep your eye on it  - the exact bake time will vary depending on your oven.

3. Top your pizza with any garnishes we've provided (a list of pie-specific instructions is below). 

4. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

These pizzas include fresh toppings; bake as directed above and finish as follows. 

Korean BBQ

  • Slice your pizza
  • Toss arugula with vinaigrette in a bowl
  • Top your pizza with dressed arugula

La Parisienne

  • Slice your pizza
  • Top with arugula
  • Dollop with pickled mustard seed

Sausage and Onion

  • Sprinkle baked pizza with fennel pollen
  • Slice and enjoy

 Tavern Pie

  • Drizzle baked pizza with honey
  • Slice and enjoy

Broccolini

  • Sprinkle baked pizza with almonds
  • Slice and enjoy
